stuff got for my bike -

rigid forks
saddle bag
downhill tyres

need a crown race and get my steerer trimmed.

I serviced my sus forks.
cleaned my bike fully and started to wax the frame and greased to threads etc.

one day get a 700c wheelset or just a front wheel?

need to prep for 2010 a website to track my commuter challenge.

research who i am donating to - mountain rescue

create a just giving website

create a blog to track it on, create an outline for contents on the blog.

full day - brilliant

got it back on Friday afternoon and slogged my way back into the wind. but did a full day today and can really see how unfit i felt. Having the hub is awesome. I changed the cables and liners over the weekend and it just feels wonderful. Shifts easily and is super smooth. I wonder if they didn't change some of the cogs as in the lower gears it sounds quite loud. Oh, having it makes it such an aggressive bike. Always available gears is just superb. mmmmm well i guess that's the end of the blog for now. Lovely. I got a SS back wheel and super clean hub out of a mistake by Evans. Wicked

I keep wondering what it'll be like.........

tomorrow will be three weeks of SSing. That's something like 350 miles! sounds a lot. It was fn spinning this morning, i pulled out onto Bury New Road behind a racer and he was pullling away slowly down the hill. I caught him at the lights and pumped past him away from the lights. He slotted up his gears and roacked pumping down the road at great speed. Further down i pulled up behind him and 2 other racers who had passed me and again pumped past him away from the lights, again he clicked up and pumped past me. I then took my preferred route through the city centre and passed him again...... Didn't see him again. Ha! Very funny. On the way home I took three more scalps.

I found out today that my hub has left Germany...... so either tomorrow or Thursday then... I am actually quite nervous now, I am wondering what it'll be like??!!

Booh. Not much else to say really. Only slightly marked and no oil leaking yet. Can't believe i let it happen again. Time to think more seriously about getting the road forks.

Friday night. A little bit of wine and ...fire.

Christmas eve

I am hoping my wheel will be here tomorrow. How exciting!!! Not getting my hopes up yet cause it might be Friday...... I am also hoping it is as smooth as I remember. Cripes!!!
